Facebook is building a LinkedIn rival to use at work. An unnamed source said they are working on an internal development project to release a Facebook version to use during business hours, with the name FB @ Work . However it is unclear whether it will be a standalone website or simply a version of the site can be activated during business hours.
The source said: " We will make the work more interesting and effective by building a version of Facebook for the workplace ."
Actually currently Facebook employees have used the site internally for business purposes, such as scheduling meetings and sending messages between colleagues. They found that Facebook can be applied to work very effectively. The FB @ Work project has also been developed for the past few years, but not Facebook's top priority.
This is not the first time Facebook wants to offer special versions of this social network. Earlier, Facebook had considered creating a separate service for people under 13, who were not allowed to use Facebook.
Answering the above information, Facebook said it did not comment on the rumors.
