1. When entering the interview room, do not sit in a hurry. Change the atmosphere of the talk by asking a simple question based on what you have read or heard somewhere about the company. 3. Talk about your work experience in the form of a story. For example, when an employer asks "What is the biggest failure in your old job?" Don't just list failures and consequences, create an interesting story to appeal to them.

4. Don't think the chance you get is just an interview to make it a comfortable conversation between you and the employer. This is your chance to learn about their needs and desires, thereby emphasizing their skills and experience that can help them solve the problem they are facing.
