Charge the laptop without power plug
Intel has demonstrated a new technology that allows laptops or mobile phones to recharge without using a charging device with cordless wires.
Intel has demonstrated a new technology that allows laptops or mobile phones to recharge without using a charging device with cordless wires.
In this demo, the researchers create a resonance between two electromagnetic fields, two copper coils forming a circle as in the image.
The two coils have no electrical contact with each other, but the large coil on the left has transmitted electricity to the right small coil, enough to light a 60 watt light bulb with a distance of 60 cm.
The power is applied to the left coil to "discharge" the right coil.
Intel said the model will be scaled to fit into laptops and other mobile devices. Technology will be applied in the near future.
