BenQ's new laptops are for business users, regular customers on the network, and ultra-light design. The Joybook S35 weighs about 1.6 kg, a 13.3-inch screen, and the S40 weighs about 2 kg, a 14-inch screen.
The two new models use Intel's latest ULV platform, including the Intel Core2 Duo SU7300, Intel Core2 Solo SU3500 and Intel Celeron 723/743. It has a 1,366 x 768 pixel screen, 16: 9 ratio, anti-glare screen, using BenQ's UltraVivid reflex technology.
Joybook S43 uses ATI Mobility Radeon HD4330m graphics card while the S35 uses integrated Intel GMA4500M GPU. The duo is equipped with HDMI port, 500 GB hard drive, three USB ports, separate S43 with DVD reader.
The duo of ultra-thin laptops from BenQ are designed in dark blue or ebony, glossy. Joybook S43 has a full keyboard, a handy touchpad. Joybook S35 for use up to 11 hours with 8 cell battery or 5.5 hours 4 cell battery, and S43 is 5 hours of use (6 cell battery). Machines began to appear in Asia, Europe Â, no information about prices.
