Artificial beef has blood, smell, taste like real meat

Unlike artificial meat made in 2013, artificial beef derived from new plant proteins created by scientists this time is full of blood, smell and taste like real meat.

Impossible Foods used a chemical compound that contains iron, the red color of hemoglobin and myoglobin called hem to create color, odor and taste for artificial meat.

This artificial meats have been prepared by Impossible Foods to be a burger and put into the menu of more than 10 American restaurants under the name Impossible Burger.

Currently, the company is building a large-scale artificial beef factory in Oakland, California with millions of kilograms of meat a month. They hope to bring Impossible Burger to more than 1,000 restaurants in the US later this year.

Producers expect Impossible Foods to provide not only a new food for vegetarians but also a source for meat eaters a source of healthy, environmentally friendly food.

Not only are Impossible Foods with real artificial beef, but there are many other food companies in the world currently developing their own artificial meat recipes, like Beyond Meat, with Beyond Burger, a startup company. Other businesses in San Francisco are also developing an "artificial cheese" without milk.

With the current growth rate of technology, "artificial meat" will become popular in the future and allow more supply of food before the current population growth situation.
