Android can confuse many people because there are many versions and many of them are still running today. And always running the latest version can be a big challenge.

Latest Android version, Android 8.1 Oreo

The first release of Android Oreo 8.0 is on August 21, 2017, then Android 8.1 on December 5, 2017.
