Alienware M17x runs Sandy Bridge chip from $ 1,499
Alienware's most powerful gaming laptop has been upgraded by Dell to use the second generation Core and the new generation of graphics cards.

Alienware M17x R3.
Alienware M17x R3 includes the Core i7-2820QM, i7-2720QM and i7-2630QM processor options, Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M graphics card with 1.5GB VRAM or AMD Radeon HD 6870M with 1GB VRAM, maximum RAM 16GB, dual storage drive (including traditional hard drive and SSD), optional Blu-ray or DVD optical drive.
Alienware M17x is also redesigned and the screen is capable of displaying 3D images with Full HD resolution.
The device is equipped with a number of other features such as stereo speaker system, support audio output 5.1 and 7.1, USB 3.0, HDMI and mini-Display ports.
Alienware M17x includes two color versions: Stealth Black and Nebula Red (red) and starts at $ 1,499 on Dell's sales website.
