In addition to the new generation of processors, this year's Alienware series also adds some other changes, such as the WirelessHD option (wireless connectivity, high-definition image transmission). In addition, users also have the option to choose the SSD that comes with the optical drive while previously choosing two drives comes with an optical drive removal. In addition, Blu-ray is also added options.
With the new upgrade the M17x is the first gaming notebook model to be 2 GB AMD Radeon 7970M graphics card. The M18x alone allows users to choose up to 3 solid-state drives. In addition, the audio system has been upgraded with Creative's Sound Blaster Recon3Di High-Definition hardware, although the built-in Klipsch speaker system remains the same.
M14x starts at 1,100 USD, M14x is from 1,500 USD and M18x is from 2,000 USD.
