5 habits to help busy people have more free time

Work and responsibility in life have occupied all of our time, so how to arrange time to be reasonable.

" I want to do it, but I don't have time !"

This is the one I heard most when people explained to me why they didn't do something, even it was a great thing. But the truth (which I know, you know ) is: we all have 24 hours a day - it depends on how you use them to spend time doing other things.

I know this " it's easy to say, it's hard to do " but I did.

I am working as a sales manager for a company on the list of 500 largest companies in the United States in New York and have opened a company dedicated to providing training in life skills.

And when I tell you that maybe you actually watch TV too much or spend hours just thinking about what dinner to eat with your friends, I think you should change it to get more time each week. Free time to do other important things.

1. Take advantage of waiting time

I take the time to stand on the train or queue up at convenience stores to do some personal things like listing a to-do list of the day, for example: reading books, paying bills , take a picture and send it to my sister with the words " Hello " or reply to the email. In particular, on the days when you go to the hairdresser, see a doctor or veterinarian, you will realize that every day you have more free time.

Take advantage of your free time every day to complete small tasks and follow the list of different jobs on your phone in turn to quickly complete them.

2. Learn to say " no "

" No " is my favorite word. You need to learn how to " say no " to things that aren't really necessary. " Say no to things that you don't think are useful to you, meaning you're saying yes to other things ." In this case, you're saying yes to taking the time to fulfill your passions.

Keep in mind this: when saying " OK " is to refuse courtesy invitations that aren't really necessary to you. If you are a good communicator, you only need to skip one activity each week - like having a little talk or having fun with your friends - there is another free time for yourself.

3. Divide the work equally for the days of the week

Yes, this is a bit controversial and I understand that it is not true for everyone. But I know there are many busy people who have to work every minute of the day. Every day, you still spend more than 20 minutes to surf the web, so use that time to do other things that often make you busy on weekends such as making appointments with doctors, bringing clothes to dry cleaners, calling and receive your prescription .

Just like taking the time to line up, I think you can ( and should do ) list some small weekend activities, although it doesn't take much of your time. Now, remove the unimportant Sunday afternoon work to have free time to do the things you love.

4. Using outsourced service

If you now have enough money to cover the necessary expenses each month, consider using the service outside. From cleaning your apartment, computer repair, basic calculations to visiting grocery stores - it's worth it to save you time. Ever a professional worker can make them easier and faster than you. Currently, of course this is not feasible for everyone financially, but if you can take a few meals out or reject a new outfit every month, try one Outsourced services are listed in your list.

5. Your biological clock

Have you heard about Golden Time ? That is the time when your mind is the best to solve difficult things. I personally work best in the morning and whenever I'm free I take the time to write.

I still have to work at the office and my writing is only secondary. I got up in the early morning and drew out five ideas for my editors before 7:30 am. After that, I will write a blog post ( or at least half a blog ) before going to the company. At the end of the day, when I was tired, I would wash the dirty clothes soaked in the tub and read the promotional emails of the day.

Knowing my " golden hour ", I can not only do my job well with time constraints, but also give myself a little free time. That's because I have determined the most effective way of working and working time. And do it, ( at least ) a bit of free time during the week also helps you achieve your own passions.

Steven Covey - author of the book you run the most: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change ) says: " Don't prioritize your plan, plan your priorities ". So if you're currently delaying good ideas just because you don't have the time, look at the calendar and ask yourself which priorities you can accomplish better.

Remember that everything depends on you. Managing your work well will help you achieve your goals and achieve your desired position.
