Who made the first iPhone and where are they now?
In 2007, Apple launched the first-generation iPhone phone, helping to change the face of the mobile industry. Participants in the process of creating the first iPhone include Phil Schiller, Tony Fadell, Jony Ive, Steve Jobs, Scott Forstall, Eddy Cue. They were all key leaders of Apple in 2007. In addition to the iPhone, they also created a series of other iconic products of the company such as iPod, iPad and MacBook.

Phil Schiller
Phil Schiller joined Apples in 1997 and still works at Apple. He is the senior vice president of Apple communications.
Schiller is the one who came up with the idea of replacing traditional buttons to navigate the music player on the iPod with a spinning wheel. When Schiller presented this idea, Steve Jobs exclaimed 'it is'.
Tony Fadell
In 2008, Tony Fadell left Apple for a number of personal reasons. Before leaving, he held many important positions at Apple including iPod design (2001), senior director of iPod and 'special projects' (April 2001), vice president senior in charge of iPod products (2006).
After leaving Apple, Fadell and Matt Rogers teamed up to create a family-owned company that specializes in energy-saving solutions called Nest.
Jony Ive
In 1992, Jony Ive joined Apple with a job in the design department. He became Apple's head of design in 1996. Jony Ive created Steve Jobs with a series of new products such as iPod, iPhone and iPad.
In June 2019, Ive announced that he would leave Apple to establish his own design company and the first customer was Apple.
Steve Jobs
Under Steve Jobs, Apple launched a series of products that were not only iconic for the company, but also changed the face of technology like the iPhone, iPad, iPod, and MacBook. Steve Jobs died in October 2011.
Scott Forstall
Scott Forstall joined Apple in 1997. He is the designer of the Mac user interface and is an important contributor to the creation of the Safari browser, the App Store application store and the development kit. Software (SDK) of iPhone.
In 2013, Scott Forstall left Apple and then spent a lot of time traveling, advising startups and participating in charity.
Eddy Cue
