OTP codes sent via SMS sent from banks with E-Banking application are free. As for new Token, there are currently banks that provide HSBC, Techcombank, Sacombank, VP Bank, . If customers need, they need to pay an additional fee of 200,000-400,000 VND.
Pros and cons of Token
Token has safety advantages, because it is only used once and randomly, has a time limit, so it is guaranteed for users. If using a token machine, it is quite compact and convenient. Simple reuse.
However, the disadvantage of Token is that if you use a Token machine, you must have a machine to make transactions. The shelf life is only 60 seconds, so it should be short if you encounter problems during the operation.
