Users are impatient for waiting for the download code OS X 10.8

Customers who bought Mac computers after June 11 had to wait for more than 24 hours and still had not received the free OS X download code as Apple promised.

According to Computerworld, many Apple customers are complaining about not receiving the free download code for OS X Mountain Lion on Twitter. Earlier, Apple promised to offer OS X Mountain Lion for free for customers who bought new Mac computers after June 11. This program is called " Up-To-Date" and will take effect from July 25th.

The terms of this program are clearly stated, the user will receive the download code via email within 24 hours after the company confirms eligibility. However, some customers misunderstood that it was the waiting period after sending an email to Apple.

Andy Blackwood, a user, said he was waiting for "Apple " to send the code for 36 hours and when he called the company, he only received an answer saying it might take 72 hours to wait. Meanwhile, John Derrick, another user even expressed his annoyance that " It's been a day and a half and I still haven't received the Mountain Lion download code. Is this what the MacBook Pro Retina gives me?" Too disappointed!". Some customers even showed their impatience: " If I don't send the Mountain Lion download code soon, I will go to Apple Store and slap the first employee I saw on the iPad."

Apple's support forum is also having 2,600 times more followers than normal. According to calculations, there are currently more than 100 topics being launched on this website. Some users on other blog sites are also having a lot of topics related to receiving Mountain Lion download codes. In an iJailbreak survey, up to 84% of members of this site had to wait more than 24 hours. As for Apple, the company has yet to make any comments.

OS X Mountain Lion officially released from July 25. This product is advertised as having 200 new features. There are a number of iOS "breath" functions like Reminders, Notes, Notification Center or iMessage. In addition, Apple also equipped Gatekeeper function to help users prevent malware.
