Bixby button customized
Although Samsung wants users to switch to Bixby instead of Google Assistant, the fact that this virtual assistant still has much to overcome. The problem will remain if Samsung does not remove the physical Bixby button on Note, so hopefully on Samsung Galaxy Note 10, it will be discarded or customized again.
HDR video recording
There have been many high-end phones recording HDR videos but not Note 9. This is a big weakness on the camera of this flagship phone. So users expect to be able to shoot HDR video on Note 10, and not only that, HDR 4K video to get the video with the same quality as the photo.
Fingerprint sensor under the screen
Note 9 has a fingerprint sensor on the back, which makes the front bezel slightly thinner but harder to reach on the front. This sensor is too small and near the camera, making it easy to touch. With Note 10, hopefully the sensor will be placed just below the screen.
Replace new clothes
Note 9 is also beautiful but the design is quite similar to some other phones, the bezel border is quite similar to iPhone X or Huawei 20 Pro. Can still be waterproof, curved screen, but hope other designs will change more dramatically.
Cheaper price
Needless to say the Note 9 is expensive, so expect the Note 10 at least not to be more expensive.
Improve face recognition ability
Note 9 has both iris scanning and face detection, but neither of those sensors is matched by Apple's Face ID. Hope Galaxy Note 10 will improve this. This means that more cameras will be put on the front. It may be more expensive and more difficult to remove the bezel, but it is worth it to help make biometric authentication more accurate and faster.
Biometric authentication forms need to be faster and more accurate
Battery is stronger
Galaxy Note 9 has a 4000 mAh battery, which helps to use the phone all day. But it is better if the battery on the Note 10 can be more buffered, especially if the battery is worn out over time, if you use the phone 2 or 3 years or more you will notice.
