The robot from the US is a metal monster weighing 12 tons and 4.9 meters high called Eagle Prime. This robot has two seats, powered by a 430 horsepower LS3 V8 engine. MegaBots company spent 2.5 million USD to produce Eagle Prime.

Why Giant Robot Matters

In the video, we can see that the Eagle Prime robot looks quite imposing and possesses tremendous power. It can easily break up a few barrels with just the right hook with the left hand like a claw. Even Eagle Prime can shoot accurate bullets at several other barrels and tear the opponent's face fully equipped with modern equipment.

The robot representing Japan is Kuratas, weighing 6.5 tons and nearly 4m high, manufactured by Suidobashi.

In July 2015, the MegaBots engineering team challenged Japanese rival Suidobashi to participate in a competition between two giant robots. But due to difficulties in locating and upgrading robots, the match was postponed.
