The Acer Aspire one 'white clam shell' officially launched

The Aspire one is also the first to use the new Mobile Intel® Atom ™ N270 UMPC series (1.6GHz, 512KB L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB), integrating Intel Enhanced SpeedStep technology to deliver powerful work, durable, energy saving and extend battery life. Enhanced storage capacity with Smart File Manager, a simple and new solution for importing data storage capacity via the 2nd SD card, in addition to 1 slot of 5in1 card easily and quickly.

The most lovely point in the design of the Aspire One is the 8.9-inch CrystalBrite screen with advanced LED BackLight technology. With light-emitting diodes and a resolution of 1024x600 pixels, the Aspire One's LCD screen is more energy-efficient and thinner than conventional CCFL fluorescent lighting. Built on top of the screen is a unique Acer CrystalEye webcam and digital microphone, giving you the perfect online conferencing experience or simply chatting with friends. The first Aspire One comes to Vietnam with the Linux operating system, but you can work easily when you switch to Windows XP.
