Panasonic's new model is equipped with Intel Core i5-520 processor with 2.4GHz speed, 8GB DDR3 memory, 250GB shockproof hard drive, WXGA LED backlight touch screen (resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixel) with standard Wi-Fi connection n.
The Toughbook C1 weighs only 1.4 kg with a battery (or 1.67 kg for dual batteries) and can withstand strong bumps when falling from a height of about 0.76 meters.
The device will start selling in June with a starting price of $ 2,499.
