NASA launched the application to help users take selfie photos in space, invite experience
On the 15th anniversary of the Spitzer launch of space telescope, NASA has released two applications that allow users to visit space, explore the universe at home with VR experience and selfie.
These two applications are called NASA Selfies and Exoplanet Excursions, created from the incredible discoveries and images Spitzer collected while in space.
With NASA's selfies application, users just need to take a picture of themselves then choose the backdrops are beautiful places in the universe like nebula Orion or central Milky Way have photos selfies with Virtual space suit in space to share on social networks or with friends.
Currently, the Selfie app has more than 30 images taken by Spitzer and sent to Earth and in the future the number of photos will increase as the Spitzer telescope participates in many other tasks.

With the Exoplanet Excursions app, users can take a guided tour of TRAPPIST-1, the system of extrasolar planets consisting of 7 planets roughly the size of Earth. With VR experience, users can clearly feel their shape and size.
To get the best space exploration experience, users should use virtual reality glasses like Oculus or HTC Vive. Without a virtual reality glasses, you can watch 360-degree videos on YouTube or Google Cardboard's 360-degree viewer.
