Name the company by the name of Steve Jobs, why not?
The name 'Steve Jobs' can mean a lot, especially without copyright registration. And so, after the legal dispute between Apple and a two-year-long company, the company was officially allowed to name it Steve Jobs Inc.
According to Business Insider Italia, Steve Jobs Inc. founded by two Italian brothers Vincenzo and Giacomo Barbato. The two said that Steve Jobs was a great inspiration to them, hoping to name the company after him.
The company registered its name in 2012 with European Intellectual Property Office - an intellectual property protection organization. In the same year, Apple faced application licensing problems.
But Apple does not complain about the name (at least on paper) but about the company's logo. The logo is a large J-shaped bitten on the left side, hardly difficult to recognize the idea similar to the Apple logo is a bitten apple shape that everyone knows.
Steve Jobs Inc. will sell electronic items
The Barbatos brothers said the logo did not mimic the Apple logo because it was a word, not an apple and the jury agreed.
Steve Jobs Inc. now the company that sells clothes, but the Barbatos brothers also said they are aiming to sell technology products, including Android phones.
'We will work with innovative electronics', they said. 'We still respect the name Steve Jobs and will do nothing to lower it.'
