More than 60 prehistoric tombs are found at Burnt City
A total of 66 graves have recently been unearthed in the city of Burnt, a UNESCO world heritage site in southeastern Iran.
According to ISNA, among these discoveries is a grave like a woman's grave, with 45 pots of earthen and pottery buried, "Seyyed Mansour Seyjed Sajjadi, who led excavations, said in a statement.
" The graves also buried under a special vase used to store sour liquid to bake bread that had been in the past, " the archaeologist adds. Moreover, in this grave also contains the tomb of an immature monkey that is well preserved.

14 Italian and German researchers and Iranian colleagues contributed to this study, marking the 16th excavation season of Burnt City.
In Iran, known as Shahr-e Sukhteh, this site once flourished in the Bronze Age. It was founded in 3200 BC and ancient people lived in the four main stages of history that lasted until 1800 BC.
