If we bring a part of the Sun to Earth, what terrible thing will happen?

Our Sun exists in the form of a plasma state, with a multi-layer structure, the deeper and more penetrating it becomes. Humans cannot set foot on the Sun but if we can bring a part of this giant star to Earth, what will happen?

1. Can humans survive if how many kilometers from the Sun?
2. If 'stray' to any planet in the solar system, what is your chance of survival?
3. How long does one day on the solar system planets last?

Depending on the specimen we bring to Earth which layer of the Sun will cause different effects. But in general, the results will be nothing good.
