Huami launches Amazfit T-Rex smartwatch with military durability
At CES 2020, the wearable company from China launched the Amazfit T-Rex, a ruggedized smartwatch with military-grade protection and rugged protection that is very affordable.
Amazfit T-Rex is large in size but very light due to being made of hard plastic, only 56g, making users hardly feel this smartwatch when worn.
However, this smartwatch can withstand many harsh elements of the natural environment by reaching MIL-STD810G and is equipped with 5ATM water resistance.
Amazfit T-Rex has up to 4 physical buttons that help users control the interface even when wearing gloves. The strap of the device is made of silicon for a comfortable feel when worn for a long time.
Amazfit T-Rex owns a 1.3 inch AMOLED round screen with a resolution of 360 x 360, protected by toughened glass and scratch-resistant. This smartwatch model supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Bluetooth 5.0 and heart rate sensor. The battery of the device for use up to 20 days, in basic clock mode is 66 days, while using GPS continuously for 20 hours.
Currently, the price and availability of the Amazfit T-Re have not been announced.
At CES 2020, Huami also announced Amazfit Bip S, the next version of the famous Amazfit Bip smartwatch with many internal hardware upgrades. Amazfit Bip S does not have many changes in appearance and still has an amazing battery life of up to 40 days.
Bip S owns a color screen that reflects light, with a size of 1.28 inches and has a resolution of 176 x 176 pixels. Amazfit Bip S has a super light weight of only 31g.
Amazfit Bip S is priced at $ 69.90 (about over 1 million and a half).
