Google will ask if you remember the last password of the account, otherwise click Try another question below.

Step 3:

In this interface when the user has added the phone number to this Gmail account before, Google will use this phone number to retrieve the account password.

Google will send a confirmation code to the phone via a message or receive a call. You can choose 1 of 2 but it is best to choose Send text message .

Step 4:

Then wait for Google to send the confirmation code to the phone number and then enter the interface as shown below, then click Next to continue.

Finally, you just need to enter a new password for your Gmail account and then confirm this new password, click Change password to finish. So you can retrieve the lost Gmail account.

2. How to recover Gmail account via secondary email

One way to retrieve that Gmail account is through the backup email that you added to this Gmail account. Google will also redefine the email you added to the account, then send the confirmation code to this account.

Step 1:
