How to delete audio when posting videos to Instagram
When posting a video on a social network, it usually sounds, but sometimes for a particular purpose, you want to delete it from the video, this is how to do it on Instagram.
Instagram allows users to remove audio when posting videos to Stories or post them on the main post on Instagram pages.
Remove audio from videos in Instagram Stories
When recording a video for Story or selecting previously recorded video to add it to Story, you can completely mute this video by touching the sound icon in the top right corner.
You will see the sound wave in the speaker icon disappear and replace it with an X, meaning that the audio has been removed from this video.
When posting videos, viewers will not hear any sounds or can turn on sounds from their side.
Delete audio in Instagram posts
Removing the sound in the post is similar to that on Stories but slightly different. After recording a video or selecting available video from your phone's photo library, tap the sound icon at the top, middle of the screen.
Like Stories, the icon will turn into an X and you will see a dialog box pops up with an audio message turned off. On Android, the icon already has an X on it, but if touched, it will turn into blue, now the sound is actually turned off.
I wish you all success!
