How to clean stained and cloudy glass cups

1. Use vinegar

The acid in vinegar can break down food molecules and dirt on the surface of the glass and deodorize the remaining drinks, making the glass shiny, clean and odorless.

You just need to put vinegar in the glass and soak for about 15 minutes, then gently scrub the surface of the glass to remove stubborn stains. After that, you can rinse the glass cup with warm water.

2. Use salt

 Salt has antiseptic properties and mild alkalinity that can optimally remove stubborn stains and restore the shine of glass after a period of use.

Put a little salt in a stained, cloudy glass cup, then serve

Ingredients to prepare: a little salt, clean water, a brush or your fingers to gently rub. Finally, you just need to rinse with water.

3. Use fresh lemon

The nitric acid in lemon will help clean away cloudiness or stains on the surface of the glass.

Cut the lemon into thin slices and rub the entire inside and outside surface of the glass for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then rinse the cup with warm water.

4. Use baking soda powder

 Baking soda with mild alkaline properties is a multi-purpose cleaner that can break down stains and residue on the surface of glass, making the surface shiny and clean like new.

Soak the baking soda in the glass for about 10 - 15 minutes, then use a sponge or soft cloth to gently wipe the glass, focusing on stains. Finally, rinse the glass with warm water then dry it with a soft towel.

5. Use coffee grounds

Dry the coffee grounds, then put them in a cup and use a soft towel to rub them evenly inside and out. Then, rinse the glass with water and your glass will become sparkling and transparent like you just bought it.
