How to Brew Potions in Minecraft

Into Hell (Nether). There are many ingredients you can only get while in Hell, so you need to enter Hell to start the potion brewing process.

Hell is an extremely dangerous place, especially for new players. You should consider setting the game's difficulty to "Peaceful" while in Hell so you don't die until you get the Ghast tear, Ice Cream. Magma cream, Blaze rod and Blaze Powder.

Collect ingredients in Hell. You need to collect two things while in Hell:

Nether Wart: An item that looks like a mushroom located on the floor of the Nether fortress. It grows on the sand of souls.

Return to the normal world. Escape Hell by returning to the Nether portal and walking through it. You just need to make sure that the Ghasts don't get in your way.

Craft and place a brewing stand on the ground. You need to open the crafting table, place three cobblestone blocks in the bottom row of the crafting frame, place the blaze rod in the middle box, and move the potion dispenser to the inventory. ). Magma Cream - Drops from defeated Magma Cube, or can be crafted by combining Fire Devil Powder (crafted from Fire Devil Rod) and Slimeball ) drops from Slime Monsters. Used to make fire resistance potions.

Sugar - Can be crafted from individual Sugar Cane pieces. Used to make speed medicine.

Ghast Tear - Dropped from Hell Tear. (May be difficult to obtain as Hell Ghosts often hover above the lava). Used to make healing potions.

Rabbit's Foot - Dropped from defeated rabbits (drop chance is 2.5%). Used to make leaping medicine.

Collect ingredients to transform medicine. You can continue to modify the potion by adding other ingredients after the potion is created. This will usually increase the length of time the medication is used. You can also make the pills throwable so they spread.

Redstone - You can search for Redstone by mining Redstone Ore. Usually you will earn 4 to 5 red stones. This may cause the medicine to last longer.

Glowstone Dust - Can be obtained by breaking a block of Glowstone. You can get one to four Glowstone Powders per Glowstone block. This may make the medicine more effective, but last shorter.

Gunpowder - can be found by defeating Creepers, Ghasts, and Witches. This makes the potion throwable.

Fermented Spider Eye - This secondary ingredient can also be used to further modify the medicine. Often it will reverse or damage the drug's effects. (Crafted from Spider Eyes and Mushrooms)

Fill glass bottles. Find a water source (like a Cauldron filled with water or a body of water), equip a glass bottle, and choose water to fill the bottle. Once you have your trio of glass bottles, you're ready to start making your medicine.

Prepare medicine

Open the potion stand (crafted from a blaze rod and 3 cobblestones). Select the brewing stand while facing it to open the brewing stand.

Place the water bottle in the rig. Click and drop multiple bottles into the three squares at the bottom of the page.

In Minecraft PE, you need to tap the square, then tap the water bottle icon on the left side of the page.

In the console version, press Y or triangle when the water bottle is selected.

Added Nether wart. Place the Hell Hump in the top slot of the crafting page.

Add blaze powder. Click and drop the fire devil powder into the box at the top left in the potion window. This is the initial step of brewing the potion—also known as the "Awkward Potion".

You can skip this step in Minecraft PE.

In the console version, press Y or triangle when you have selected the fire demon powder.

Place one or more Odd Potions back into the potion dispenser. Now that you have a Weird Potion as your starting potion, you can add additional ingredients to transform the potion.

Add extra ingredients. Place extra ingredients (such as rabbit feet) in the box at the top of the potion dispenser. The medicine will begin to be brewed again.

Fire devil powder from the first time can be used well for 20 preparations.

Prepare throwable potion
