Users only need to post documents, choose from more than 40 languages and choose a Google expert or volunteer. If the translator approves the proposal, the user will receive the translation in the fastest time possible.
The Google Translation Center is only available for program members to test the Google's Trusted Tester Program. The company hopes human participation will help them improve future translation algorithms.
Google has not disclosed the payment for each translator nor does it require anything from the user.
