Crystal core is one of the most popular materials for Genshin Impact gamers to craft potions and forge many items. The player needs to collect as many cores as possible from Mondstatd, Liyue and Inazuma. Here are the locations to collect crystal cores in Genshin Impact and how to use this material.

How to use crystal nucleus

Crystal core is an important material in many forging and crafting recipes. Below are all the recipes that require the use of nuclear concentrates.

1. Frostshield Potion (1 crystal nucleus): Increases Cryo resistance to survive the extremely cold environment of Dragonspine.
2. Windbarrier Potion (1 crystal nucleus): Increases Anemo resistance to help the character withstand strong winds.
3. Condensed Resin (1 crystal nucleus): Revive Ley Line Blossoms and Petrified Trees for rewards.
4. Adepti Seeker's Stove (2 crystals): Place and cook food everywhere on the map.

Location of nuclear crystals in Genshin Impact

Nucleus crystals are scattered in 4 regions released in the game world. Here are how many crystal cores people can collect and the top places to find them.

There are 5 best places where players can find the most nukes, including:

1. Guyun Rock Forest
2. Statue of Windrise of the Seven
3. Dawn . Winery
4. Hiraumi Fortress
5. North of Mount Aocang

Genshin Impact players can use the Genshin Impact Interactive Map to locate cores and mark them on the minimap and quickly travel there. After reaching the location of the crystal cores, tap the levitating crystal when approaching it to capture the item.

Locations with many nuclear crystals in Genshin Impact

Near the Seven Angels in Windrise (Mondstadt)

Quantity: 3-5 crystal nuclei

Go to one of Venti's statues in Mondstadt, under a large oak tree. The character can face away from the tree when teleporting there. Turn around and everyone will see the first Anemo Crystalfly fly to the left. There is also another one on the right.

Going counter-clockwise around the tree, starting from the right is easiest as the Crystalfly is pretty much concentrated on the left side. On average, players can catch 3-5 Crystalfly, depending on agility and luck.

Seven Angels in Windwail Highland (Mondstadt)

Quantity: 3-4 crystal kernels

When teleporting here, the player may be facing a direction where there is no Anemo Crystalfly in sight, just need to turn around to collect them.

It is important to return immediately after teleporting as the character's presence can startle them from flying at close range. Use Sayu for this as she makes the cores less likely to run away.

Around Dawn Winery (Mondstadt)

Quantity: 7-11 crystal nucleus

Once you've finished exploring the plateau on Windwail Highland, it's time to head to Dawn Winery aka Teyvat's Crystalfly 'bank'. This is where gamers can find the highest density of Anemo Crystalfly in Teyvat.

Diluc's wine also attracts Anemo Crystalfly, not just Anemo Archon. They are all located on Dawn Winery and the best part is that they are not so clustered together that the character can come across them by accident. Start by going around Diluc's mansion and the roads to the North.

Near the region of Guyun (Liyue)

Quantity: 5-10 crystal nuclei

Zhongli brought a large amount of Geo Crystalfly in Liyue. His Guyun rock forest is a Geo Crystalfly reserve. The first thing gamers need to do is go to the Guyun domain. Right after that, look to the right and catch the flying Geo Crystalfly away.

Keep going further to the right to find them by running as fast as you can and catching them before the Geo Crystalfly gets too high. Be aware that they will try to fly high, regardless of whether the player has Sayu or not.

If you miss some of these Geo Crystalflys, just head West from Guyun and take the stairs to the top of the island's mountains, there will be many more Crystalflys at the bottom of the stairs.

Waypoint at the top of Tianheng Mountain (Liyue)

Quantity: 4-6 crystal kernels

The character will have to climb the mountain at Tianheng Mountain in Liyue to collect the nucleus crystals. If you have activated a nearby waypoint, this is easier than ever, and if not, get ready for a long climb.

Move to the top of Tianheng Mountain, just north of the waypoint. There are 6 Geo Crystalflys here and all of them are located to the Southeast of the summit, so plan your approach carefully without Sayu.
