Genshin Impact 4.3 reveals new characters

It is expected that these two characters will be added to Genshin Impact version 4.3. The launch of the Fontaine region in Genshin Impact will introduce players to a host of new characters throughout the introduction. Gradually, players will be able to pick up siblings from "House of the Hearth", including Lyney and Lynette available in the first half of Update 4.0 and Freminet in the second half.

Although so far there are only so many characters in the Fontaine area that players can experience. But Genshin Impact's plot has revealed much more in the near future. Patch 4.1 will see the addition of Justice Neuvillette of Fontaine and warden Wriothesle of Fort Meropide to the playable cast, which also includes Hydro and Cryo Catalyst. The story will also introduce some upcoming new characters, including Navia, Charlotte along with Clorinde and many more.

Some leaked information from StepLeaker, a famous leaker has revealed the elements and weapons for a pair of new characters coming in update 4.3. In particular, version 4.3 will introduce Navia as the most prominent 5-star character in the update, introduced in the game as a Nham character and using the Great Sword. Along with that, there will be the participation of the previously introduced Chevreuse, this character will debut and will be a character using the Fire element. It is expected that the Genshin Impact update will be officially released by the publisher at the end of December with the latest Genshin Impact code.

Navia's appearance in the playable character roster will mark a major return for Genshin Impact that many players have been looking forward to. It is expected that Navia will debut as the first Swamp elemental character added to the game in nearly two years. The last Rock element character added to Genshin Impact was Yun Jin in January 2022, and the last five-star Rock character before that was Arataki Itto who debuted in Patch 2.3. Notably, Genshin Impact did not release new Lava elemental characters during the Sumeru region period.

Navia's launch follows a series of anticipated appearances in Genshin Impact's character roster in upcoming updates. Along with Neuvillette and Wriothesley previously mentioned in update 4.1, Furina - Fontaine's Hydro God is expected to launch with version 4.2, accompanied by the four-star character Charlotte. The previous regions have also seen some new characters revealed in recent rumors, including the long-awaited appearance of Liyue. Genshin Impact's playable character roster looks set to be significantly beefed up in Fontaine, with plenty of new and unique characters arriving in the near future.
