Official Genshin Impact code redemption website

Code redemption is generally available after reaching Adventure Rank 10. PlayStation players may also need to link their game account to a HoYoverse account before using the website.

Why a Genshin Impact code may not work

The code expired: Special Program livestream codes often last only a short time. Codes from an older broadcast should not be assumed to remain valid.
The code was already redeemed: Most codes can be claimed only once per account.
The wrong server or character is selected: Check the server before submitting a code on the website.
The account is not eligible: Reach Adventure Rank 10 and make sure the character is linked to the HoYoverse account used on the redemption page.
The code contains a typo: Copy the code directly and remove any spaces before or after it.

Where new codes are announced

New codes commonly appear during Genshin Impact Special Program livestreams, official events, collaborations, and posts on HoYoLAB or the game's official social channels. Livestream codes usually expire much faster than general promotional codes, so claim them on the day of the broadcast.

Never enter your password on an unofficial “Primogem generator” site. A legitimate redeem-code page asks you to sign in through HoYoverse and does not require payment. New players can also use these Genshin Impact beginner tips and this guide to optimizing damage in Genshin Impact.
