Fujitsu may become the first manufacturer to sell netbooks installed from the beginning of the MeeGo operating system. The new model of the company is the promised LifeBook MH330 based on the platform that Nokia and MeeGo introduced a year ago.
Although MeeGo is available for download for any netbook using the Pine Trail platform. However, users of this type of netbook will have many incompatible hard keys, for example the function keys used with the Fn key cannot work.
However, Fujitsu said the version installed in LifeBook MH330 will have many changes to better suit its hardware and criteria. The company will also conduct regular software upgrades for its sold models.
LifeBook MH330 is expected to sell for 380 USD but only about 9 USD lower than the model installed Windows 7 Starter operating system. This will prevent many users from experiencing a device with a new operating system.
