With Bandicam, gamers can record their gaming skills in high resolution, up to 2560 x 1600 and then share videos directly on YouTube at 720p or 1080p resolution.

The tool works with games, as well as software that uses DirectX and OpenGL for graphics like Skyrim, Minecraft, and World of Warcraft.

Bandicam allows you to change the number of frames per second, choose video codec (MPEG-1, Xvid and MJPEG) and audio (PCM and MPEG-1 Layer II), using keyboard shortcuts. The video is stamped on the free version, but this goes away if you pay a subscription. If registered then you also get access to RGB24 with the MagicYUV Lossless codec by default.

With Bandicam, you can also easily take screenshots and save them as BMP, PNG or JPG. You can also program the screen capture at regular intervals.
