Dell refreshed the Inspiron Mini 10 netbook
Not only changes in "looks", Dell Inspiron Mini 10 is also upgraded with the new generation Intel Atom N450 45 nm technology.
The Inspiron Mini 10 and Mini 10v models currently using Intel Atom Z520 and Atom N270 CPUs will be refreshed in design, equipped with the new Intel Atom N450 processor but maintaining a low price of only $ 299 when sold.
With the standard size of a 10-inch netbook, the Inspiron Mini 10 will still use a 6-cell battery to enhance the time. But there are some changes such as the machine will not continue to equip multi-touch touchpad because the needs of users are not high. In addition, the palm wrest is refreshed and does not store fingerprints like older models.
According to Notebookcheck , it is expected that the device will appear first in the US market on January 5, preinstalled with Windows 7 Starter operating system or Windows XP Home. In February 2010, there will be an option for Ubuntu Ubuntu 9.04 operating system.
