Dell said, Inspiron 910 will be equipped with 1.6GHz Intel Atom RAM 512MB or 1GB. The US computer maker also chose a solid-state drive (SSD) as a data storage device for this netbook with capacities ranging from 4GB, 8GB and 12GB.

Inspiron 910 has 8.9-inch TrueLife LCD screen, 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, and uses Intel 945GSE chipset.

In terms of connectivity, the Inspiron 910 supports Wi-Fi 802.11g and 802.11n standards; Bluetooth. It has 3 USB, VGA, memory card slots and an Ethernet port. Machine with 0.3 megapixel webcam or 1.3 megapixel option.

Dell has removed the Function keys on the keyboard set to save space, but it still has an optical drive. Users can optionally purchase additional USB DVD burner heads.

Dell has not announced the exact date of its first netbook launch, but according to rumors, perhaps August 22, Dell's Inspiron 910 will be available for about $ 300.
