Apple announces the list of applications that have entered the final round of the Apple Design Awards 2023

Time to reschedule, Apple's Annual Developer Conference - WWDC is about to take place in June. And besides launching a new series of software, Apple will also announce the very remarkable 'Apple Design Awards 2023' winning applications.

The Apple Design Awards 2023 first took place in 1997, then known as the Human Interface Design Excellence Award (HIDE). Since then, the awards ceremony has been held annually as a recognition and honor from Apple for the most innovative apps and games, perfectly designed for products bearing the Apple logo.

The company will select apps from iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS that stand out in the App Store, based on criteria of innovation or having a great impact on society. This year's categories include Inclusivity (aggregation), Delight & Fun (delight - fun), Interaction (interaction), Social Impact (social impact), Visuals & Graphics (images - graphics) and Innovation (creation).

Apple will announce the winners of each category on its website on June 5, as part of WWDC 2023. Apple typically selects two winners in each category, and their respective developers. The applicant will receive a commemorative trophy.
