The new MacBook Air will have a Retina display, thin edges.
According to sources from 9to5Mac, Apple is rushing to prepare for the biggest change of MacBook Air in the last 3 years. Accordingly, this product will have a display with a slimmer border, a slim design as well as a Retina definition as on the MacBook Pro will also appear.
However, this is not the only advantage on the new MacBook Air line. The product will use Intel Broadwell chip platform with low temperature but high performance to help the machine without cooling fan. This is also one of the reasons why the device has a slimmer design than before.
In addition, Apple also introduced the USB Type-C standard with a new MagSafe charging solution. This new USB standard reaches the latest USB 3.0 speed and can be plugged in at both ends (similar to Apple's lightning). However, there will still be an old Type-B USB port, which many of the current products, including the new iPhone 6, also use.
The keyboard layout on the machine will have some small changes but notably the speaker from under the keyboard will be brought up in the grille, the part between the screen and the keyboard. This design is quite similar to the recent MacBook Pro Retina.
