The way Apple responds to customer anger is praised, but it also shows that they can do more. Smartphone technology has reached its peak and the general trend is that we will use the phone longer instead of buying a new one. That is, the repair and replacement will become more and more important.
Apple should be more proactive in telling customers what they are doing with users' devices instead of forcing customers to upgrade their devices. They always say for the sake of customers, so why not prove it?
Changes in the way Apple advertises battery replacement can make us think differently about smartphones. Not one thing is finished and discarded (very harmful to the environment) but something like a car, something that we should maintain and maintain. When it launched a new battery replacement program, Apple said it wanted to "regain the trust of anyone who doubts Apple's intentions." Perhaps they can do more.
