The final story of Dragon Ball Super will likely focus on its most infamous villain. Some of the strongest characters in Dragon Ball Super can be either heroes or villains, but most are both good and evil. All of these characters have the power to wipe out the entire solar system on their own.

Dragon Ball Super introduces the Multiverse and literal god-like beings, so it's no surprise that the strongest characters possess godlike Ki and epic transformations. Ironically, some of the strongest characters haven't even shown their full power yet, and they probably never will. The strongest beings can literally wipe out all known life in an instant.
