What is Dragon Ball Daima?

'Dragon Ball Daima' is an anime celebrating the 40th anniversary of Dragon Ball. The series was announced late last year at New York Comic-Con with a short trailer promising to show us what Goku looked like as a child. Dragon Ball Daima will be set between Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super, and will, of course, be part of the main manga series.

The original synopsis was as follows: ' Due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends are shrunk. To return to normal, they will travel to a new world!' 'Dragon Ball Daima' is a fantastic action-adventure in a mysterious, unknown world. And to fight, Goku must use Nyoibo, the sacred staff, to break the "limits" to his current size restriction. '

 

The creative team behind Dragon Ball Daima includes:

Regarding the meaning of Daima, according to Toriyama, "DAIMA" in Japanese would be '大魔' or in English would be something like 'Demon'.

Dragon Ball Daima release date

Dragon Ball Daima was released on Friday, October 11th on Crunchyroll in select regions, including the United States. The anime platform announced the news, but has not yet revealed a streaming date.

" All episodes are ready ," according to Fuji TV, which suggests we won't encounter any delays or interruptions. The October premiere will also be a longer episode than expected.

Fans elsewhere in the world will have to wait until October 18th to watch Dragon Ball Daima on Netflix.
