1. Apple is not the first company to produce and release iPhones. Cisco, the world's largest network company, has now used the iPhone name for its phones since 2006. By early 2007, CEO Steve Jobs introduced the first Apple iPhone. After Cisco filed the lawsuit, both firms agreed to share the rights to use the iPhone name.
