The first Mini PC models running Intel Core Ultra 'Meteor Lake' chip launched: CPU up to 16 cores, Arc GPU, 70W TDP

As expected, many Mini PC manufacturers have begun launching the first products running the first Intel Core Ultra 'Meteor Lake' chip with the ability to support TDP up to 70W.

The first designs were introduced by MECHREVO and Thunderobot. These manufacturers have all chosen Intel's latest Core Ultra "Meteor Lake" CPUs to power their Mini PC solutions, and consider this one of the most notable highlights on their products. Products.

Intel's Core Ultra CPUs are integrated with the latest CPU and GPU cores that will deliver significant performance gains over the existing 12th/13th generation chips, especially on the graphics side. Additionally, these chips feature a dedicated NPU to handle AI workloads faster and more efficiently.

MECHREVO iMini

Starting with MECHREVO, we have the iMini product line with Pro and Non-Pro versions. These new PC models will be configured with Core Ultra 7 155H and Core Ultra 5 125H CPUs, with up to 16 cores and integrated Arc Xe-LPG GPU with 8 Xe-Core. The Mini PC will be equipped with 32GB DDR5-5600 memory and 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD.

In terms of design, MECHREVO is inspired by the Apple iMac Mini with dimensions of 154 x 152 x 37.8mm and weight of only 0.79kg. This iMini PC has a very slim chassis with shiny edges and a classy matte silver color tone. The logo is clearly engraved on the top. The front only has the power button while the I/O panel is placed on the sides and includes a USB 3.2 Gen2 port, 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, a Kensington lock and a standby port. The back panel houses two 2.5 GbE LAN ports, a Thunderbolt4 Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, DP/HDMI display output, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, and a USB 2.0 port.

The edges of this Mini PC also have air vents to help circulate air inside easily. At the bottom of the case there is also a large air vent and you can see the active cooling solution here. MECHREVO is expected to ship the iMini line running Intel Core Ultra chips this month. However, the selling price of the product has not yet been disclosed.

Thunderobot MIX PRO AI

Next is Thunderobot with the MIX PRO AI series using Intel Core Ultra "Meteor Lake" chips, the slightly higher-end variant uses multiple Meteor Lake SKUs and has a powerful thermal solution providing up to 70W of cooling capacity. . While MECHREVO focused on a thinner chassis design, Thunderobot chose a dual-fan cooling solution that allows for higher TDP support.
