Earlier, on March 30, 2010, the online security site Google Online Security warned the community about a type of Trojan with a special variant. The Trojan widely attacks people using Vietnamese-language computers around the world.
This malware runs in the background in the computer, and it does not serve the purpose of undermining the implicit access to the information from that computer and attacks by denial of service - DDoS to the blogs containing the content is of public interest. The author of this type of malware has packaged them into a variant of Vietnamese keyboard type - VPSKeys - this is one of the official applications for Vietnamese typing tools for all Windows users. Users who download VPSKeys will not know that this is a variant of malware. Because the file size of the variant version completely overlaps with the regular version of VPSKeys.
SonicWALL Gateway AntiVirus software (GAV) completely protects this attack of Trojan and its variants, typically: Gav: Vulcanbot (Trojan), Gav: Dosvine Gav: (Trojan), Gav: Dosvine_2 (Trojan), Gav: Dosvine_3 (Trojan) and Gav: VBot.V (Trojan).
