More specifically, NEC's laptop is called LaVie L , has Haswell chip and has 15.6-inch IPS screen (1920 x 1080 resolution), 8 GB RAM, 1 TB hard drive combined with SSD 32 GB .

The product runs Windows 8 and comes pre-installed with Office Office and Business software from Microsoft. A more advanced configuration version will also be launched by NEC for about $ 2,000 in Japan.

The 4th generation Core i code named Haswell will be introduced by Intel on the day of Computex, June 3. This will be the processor used on a variety of laptops, desktops, hybrid machines, and the new tablet will be released shortly after. This processor is expected to help the device save more battery and improve graphics capabilities. Haswell's Iris graphic promises to deliver 3D performance 2 times higher than the integrated Ivy Bridge graphics.

This increase applies to both U and H-series chips used for ultrabooks and high-end laptops. In its first launch, Intel may only release four-core chip variants for high-end laptops. Then Intel will launch power-saving microprocessors that enable manufacturers to design ultra-thin laptops. Many laptop models using Haswell chips also promise to use LaVie L-like touch screens to take advantage of Windows 8's strengths.
