The Surface Laptop 5G (official name) has been officially revealed. This 13.8-inch laptop retains the same design as the non-cellular versions, the only difference is the integrated 5G compatible with both Nano SIM and eSIM. The company had to carefully research to develop a "dynamic antenna system" consisting of six strategically placed antennas that automatically adapt to the environment to ensure optimal signal reception.

Unlike conventional laptops, which typically place the antennas near the bottom of the device, the Surface Laptop 5G places the antennas higher up to reduce interference. Microsoft also developed a new shell material - multi-layered laminate - that allows radio waves to pass through without reducing performance, while still ensuring the durability, light weight, and premium feel of the Surface line.
