Microsoft is quietly bringing text-to-video generation to Bing Creator, using OpenAI's Sora AI model to create AI videos similar to Google's Veo AI video generator . Users will be able to create AI videos for free on all versions of Bing from desktop to Bing on Android and iOS.
Bing Video Creator is currently in Beta and can create AI videos with text prompts. Unlike Sora, which is only available on ChatGPT paid plans, you can create AI videos for free on Bing Video Creator. In fact, if you have enough Microsoft Reward points , you can also use them to create videos at a faster rate.
You need to sign in with your Microsoft account to create videos on Bing Video Creator. Also, Bing Video Creator currently does not allow users to upload images to create AI videos.
By default, videos are created on Bing Video Creator with an aspect ratio of 9:16, a resolution of 480p, and a duration of 5 seconds.
The video creation feature on Bing Video Creator is still in beta and is only available to test accounts. The video creation history on Bing Video Creator is also not really working properly yet.
