Understanding Launching ITelecom

From today (April 25), the telecommunications service provider Indochina Telecom (ITelecom) with the number 087 started to be present in Vietnam. This is the sixth mobile telecommunications service provider in Vietnam and the first virtual mobile network model MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in our country.
