NUC 2014 with the platform Bay Trail T and Haswell

Following the product last year, recently in Vietnam, Intel has just released the 2014 NUC version with many strong improvements. The most advanced is the new NUC Kit (codenamed D54250WYK) equipped with Intel Core i5 4250U processor ( Haswell platform ) which is welded straight to the motherboard and has its own cooling system. 4250U is a dual-core version that supports Hyper Threading, 1.3 GHz speed ( 2.6 GHz Turbo pulse ), 3 MB cache, and TDP only 15W.

Upgrading to this chip helps NUC 2013 with very strong integrated graphics: Intel HD 5000 (basic pulse is 200MHz and maximum pulse is 1GHz) .

There are 3 main options for the CPU: Dual Core N2820, Core i5-4250U or i3-4010U. No matter which chip you choose, the new NUC supports up to 16GB of RAM, USB 3.0 ports, USB 2.0, HDMI, DisplayPort ( supports 4K video output ), infrared sensors, and Ethernet ports. Users can purchase additional storage drives to attach to the SATA port of the NUC.

The NUC version 1.2 computer has a DisplayPort port for transmitting 4K content. With the ability to transfer content directly to the LCD monitor via an integrated eDP connection, the new NUC is a solution for stores, selling points and electronic billboards. It is also expected to be used in today's limited space homes in Asia.

Also according to Intel representatives, with the desire to rapidly disseminate and create new trends for modern offices, the NUC models released on this occasion are all very competitive with traditional PCs. The model NUC DN2820 FYKH will cost the EU 3.3 million VND, the Atom E3815 models will cost under 3 million, most of these new series have the same power and superior technology compared to the machine. tradition.
