Instructions for playing Little Witch in the Woods for beginners
Little Witch in the Woods is a game with lovely pixel graphics, attracting players at first sight. Participating in Little Witch in the Woods, everyone will play the role of Ellie, an apprentice witch trying to restore life to an abandoned village.
Players will embark on an adventure to explore the mysterious forest, applying what they have learned at the witch school to help the villagers. The ultimate goal of the player is to become a talented and kind protagonist.
The game focuses on gathering resources, cooking potions, and solving puzzles. The following Little Witch in the Woods guide will help beginners easily overcome the challenges and become a real witch. Note that the game is still in early access, so some of the information below may change when the game is officially released.
Instructions for playing Little Witch in the Woods for beginners
Curfew time is midnight
Ellie needs to go to bed before midnight, or the witch won't regain all her stamina in the morning. The amount of money players lose, however small, is not worth staying so late and starting a worse day the next.
Collect resources in groups of two
Nearly every potion or candy ingredient requires 2 of the raw materials to craft. Players need to save their storage by getting 2 things at once. This will help gamers be able to process them into ingredients immediately and without having to keep any additional items and resources.
Tiptoe cautiously when moving around creatures
Using the Shift button, the player can walk slowly, allowing bugs and other creatures to try to run away when they notice the witch approaching. The game will guide this, but if you skipped the quick guide, you may have missed this important and necessary skill.
Keep some magic potions on you
As the player explores the forest, the player will notice things like wilted plants or pumpkin vines. While everyone has to remove them multiple times to progress in the story, some are just trying to stop the witch Ellie from getting useful items like chalk. To avoid having to run back and forth, players should keep a small amount of weed killer and nutritive medicine with them.
Players do not need to buy chalk
Although Diane, the lovable witch merchant, sells White Witch Chalk, the player doesn't need to buy it. The player can get enough chalk on the places where the potion is needed to reach. So the White Witch Chalk is as expensive as 25 Luna coins and not worth buying.
