Released in September with the Envy 14 Beats Edition version, the Envy 17 3D is now officially available and HP has allowed it to be ordered. The Envy 17 3D will be sold at a starting price of US $ 1,599, much lower than the previous $ 2,000 forecast price, which comes with a 3D Active Shutter glass.
The Envy 17 has a standard configuration including 1.6 GHz Intel Core i7-720QM Quad Core processor, 6GB DDR3 RAM memory, 500GB hard disk drive speed of 7,200 rpm, ATI Mobility Radeon graphics card HD 5850 with 1GB of VRAM capacity. It also comes with Blu-ray optical drive attached.
For sharp 3D display, the Envy 17's screen measures 17.3 inches, Full HD 1,920 x 1,080 pixel resolution, uses LED technology and Ultra BrightView Infinity.
