Thoroughly wet your hair before applying shampoo. Hold your hair under running water for at least 1 minute. If you have long hair, make sure your hair is completely wet. Divide your hair into small curls under running water. The water must not be too hot nor too cold, but it must make you feel comfortable and comfortable.

Pour a small amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand, dissolving it in your hands. Apply shampoo to hair, starting at the roots, working the length of the hair to the ends. Massage your head with circular, gentle, even movements throughout your hair.

3

Before rinsing out the shampoo, run your fingers along the waves first, to make sure the shampoo covers each layer of hair. Don't pull your hair, just run your finger gently in the direction of the hair.

4

Rinse is more important than shampoo and takes twice as much time. Ideally, you should rinse your hair in the shower for at least 5 minutes. If not washed, hair color can fade and appear dandruff due to areas of shampoo drying out.

Finally, rinse your hair with cold water to add shine. Cold water stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, resulting in increased hair growth and their smoothness.

To dry your hair, don't rub it vigorously with a towel because wet hair will be weaker than normal hair. Gently pat the hair and squeeze out the water at the ends until the hair is dry.
