How to use DALL-E in ChatGPT-4 to create AI images
You no longer have to exit ChatGPT to create AI images. OpenAI has integrated its leading AI visualization engine, DALL-E, into ChatGPT conversations. Thanks to that, you just need to prompt ChatGPT to create an image, similar to how you prompt it to create text.
This article will show you how to know which GPT in ChatGPT supports DALL-E image creation. The article will also tell you how to prompt ChatGPT to create images when and how you want.
Sign up for ChatGPT Plus to access DALL-E
DALL-E's image generation features on ChatGPT are locked behind OpenAI's ChatGPT Plus (and Team) subscription. That's just one of the many reasons you should consider upgrading to ChatGPT Plus. GPT-3.5 does not have the ability to create embedded images, and you will not be able to access GPT using DALL-E's capabilities.
After doing this, you will now have access to DALL-E. You should still refresh your browser or log out and back in to make sure everything is working properly.
Unlike DALL-E 2, DALL-E 3 does not have a standalone website for you to access, you can only officially access it through a ChatGPT subscription. And you're better off paying for a flexible ChatGPT with superior image generation capabilities than buying credits on DALL-E 2. You should save DALL-E 2 when you need free AI images or if you need to use Use DALL-E 2's external drawing tool.
How to use DALL-E in a ChatGPT conversation
Now you are registered with ChatGPT and can access GPT-4. Follow these instructions to get started:

4. Use the prompts that follow to enhance the image to get exactly the result you want.
You can download the image by clicking on it and pressing the download button in the upper right corner of the window.
If you don't want to use ChatGPT 4, you can use the dedicated DALL-E chat. Click Explore or Explore GPTs on the left menu. Find DALL-E in the By ChatGPT section and click on it. Now, you can follow the same instructions given above or you can click this link to open the DALL-E chat.
